Custom Fabricated Hardware   

US Cooling Towers  offers a complete metal fabrication shop.   Capabilities include custom fabricating carbon steel, stainless steel, silicon bronze, and brass along with standard cooling tower parts, such as drive supports, base anchors, connecting straps, and louver rods. We now offer a complete line of fan screens. The screens are available in hot dipped galvanized and stainless steel, and are built of 1/4" circular rods with 3/8" spoke rods. The larger diameter screens have an angle iron frame incorporated with the 3/8" spoke rods for added support. Provided with the inside diameter of the top flange and flange width, we can custom build a fan screen for any fan stack.
