US Cooling Towers and Supply maintains a large inventory of Redwood and West Coast Douglas Fir lumber and can meet most any CTI grade requirement on short notice. Our Experienced shop personnel hand select each lumber order to insure stringent grade requirements are met. Large quantities of both treated and un-treated lumber are readily available assuring our ability to meet all customer needs. We also have the capacity to run rough mill lumber to exact dimensional sizes which further enhances our ability to meet critical delivery schedules.
We can provide custom fabrication of any size field erected wood frame Cross Flow or Counter Flow cooling tower, single or multiple cell, using customer drawings and specifications. US Cooling Towers also has its own proven commercial and industrial cooling tower designs that meet all CTI codes and standards with flow rates ranging from 700 to 15,000 gallons per minute, per individual cell. Our wood shop can custom fabricate up to 30 thousand board foot of lumber per week. This includes custom fabrication of individual structural and non-structural members used in repairs and retrofits.

US Cooling Towers stocks large quantities of CCX cooling tower grade plywood. BBX grade is also readily available. All plywood is APA stamped Select #1 cooling tower P&T SDF. Our wood shop can layout and pre-fabricate any size plywood for hot water basins, fan decks, partition walls and splash boxes making repair / replacement projects much more efficient. Plywood is available treated or un-treated. Shop fabricated plywood materials for cooling towers are pressure treated after fabrication.
In stock sizes are 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", and 1-1/8" square edge, including 1-1/8" tongue & groove. All stock plywood materials are West Coast Douglas Fir, 4' X 6' or 4' X 8' sheets.
